Customer Service Specialist /Client Relations Manager with Veterinary Nurse experience

An exciting opportunity has come available for a full time Customer Services Specialist/Front of House/Client Relations Manager in our Best Practice Companion Animal Veterinary Clinic and Cattery.

Our ideal candidate would be an experienced and qualified Veterinary Nurse preferably with leadership experience looking for a new challenge. We're looking for an excellent understanding of the veterinary industry and strong leadership skills.

The position is based on reception at front of house handling client queries, scheduling appointments and cattery stays, liaising with the vet/nurse team and advising clients about retail products. It also involves working alongside the Practice Manager and Head Veterinarian with administration, clinic and cattery management and marketing / promotion development.

A high standard of professionalism and presentation with the ability to communicate clearly whilst being empathetic is essential. The ability to initiate and execute multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and efficiency is also required.

We have a very loyal and lovely client base, a lot of whom have been coming to us for a long time.

This is a full time position based on an average 40 hour work and includes working 1 weekend in 3. Nursing skills will be required when working weekends. Compensatory time off is given after weekend worked.
