Full & Part Time Emergency Veterinary Receptionists
This job is no longer accepting applications.
AEC is after new reception staff to round out our fantastic team.
Before I tell you about our clinic and everything you read in ordinary adverts, you should know some things about our team.
We support each other to learn and grow with continuous up-skilling and education, making time to discuss how we can continuously improve.
We think the well-being of our staff is hugely important. We focus on work-life balance and being there for each other through the good and the hard days.
Being a part of a 24/7 specialist and emergency clinic will bring new challenges and opportunities for you, with diverse workload that brings unique experiences, there is a lot of room to grow and develop.
While we don't require crossover between nights/days (unless wanted), we expect our team to respect and value our facility's day and night departments. Having good communication skills is essential for the synergy of the clinic.
If this sounds like the kind of practice you want to work at, we’re now looking for part time and full-time reception staff.
As a receptionist in our clinic, you will be in charge of triaging all incoming calls and patients, updating the computer system, taking payments and being the link between the clients and the veterinary team.
We would ideally like someone who is quick on their feet, enjoys working in a busy environment and works well with others.
You do not need to have worked in a veterinary clinic before, however reception experience is needed if you have not had previous veterinary experience.
Competitive compensation package provided including continuing education support with a yearly CPD allowance.
Though we currently have facilities in Mt Albert, Sylvia Park and Christchurch. We are seeking to fill roles at our Mt Albert site.
