About the role
Reporting into the Sales & Service Lead, the purpose of this role is to manage the customer experience; using your technical knowledge combined with our product database to provide information, resolving customer enquiries, while processing orders and applying problem solving skills within your day-to-day interactions.
About you
You may have a background as an animal technician or experience in a vet nursing or similar environment; this will provide you with a great background to support veterinarian clients as well as a broader range of rural-based customers.
You’re someone who prides themselves on delivering a customer experience second to none. You bring to the role a mix of customer service and administrative skills as well as some veterinary knowledge. Working within a fast-paced environment, you’re an expert at juggling priorities and deadlines whilst keeping a level head and maintaining a level of calm during busy periods.
