Small Animal Veterinarian

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian within our friendly Barkes Corner Veterinary Clinic in Tauranga.

What We Can Offer You:

• Flexibility: Ideally this will be a full-time position (30-40 hours per week) but we are open to discuss exact days and hours with you.
• Work/life balance: Only 1:4 weekends

Barkes Corner Veterinary Clinic is a spacious, well equipped and purpose-built veterinary hospital.

Our friendly team are passionate about healing, rehabilitating and protecting animals from illness, injury and pain. We have a range of quality facilities allowing us to provide medical, surgical, dental and emergency care to our patients.

We have the hospital facilities & equipment to provide a wide range of services and we are well known for supporting the special interests of our vets. We have lots of toys allowing us to work across the following areas and more;

• Soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries
• Penn HIP
• Small Mammals/Exotic Species
• Dentistry (including X-ray)
• Ultrasound
• Full lab workup
