Before I tell you about our clinic and everything you read in ordinary adverts, you should know some things about our team.

We strive to remember why we are in this profession to begin with, so our team is happy with this choice of work and enjoys what they do for a profession.

We support each other to learn and grow with continuous up-skilling and education, reviewing cases together and making time to discuss how we can improve our quality of care.

We think the well-being of our staff is as important as the medical care we provide to our patients. We focus on work-life balance and being there for each other through the good and the hard days.

Being a part of a 24/7 specialist and emergency clinic will bring new challenges and opportunities for you, with diverse cases that bring unique experiences and insights into exceptional veterinary care there is a lot of room to grow and develop.

While we don't require crossover between nights/days (unless wanted), we expect our team to respect and value our facility's day and night departments. Having good communication skills is essential for the synergy of the clinic.

If this sounds like the kind of practice you want to work at, we’re looking for part time and full-time staff.

Competitive compensation package provided including continuing education support with a yearly CPD allowance, weekly journal club meetings, as well as VIN and applicable memberships are included.

Sponsorship for overseas staff is possible. New graduates are welcome to apply; a mentored introduction to our practice is already in place for new staff members with minimal experience. Though we currently have facilities in Mt Albert, Sylvia Park and Christchurch. We are seeking to fill roles at our Mt Albert site.
