We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced part-time companion animal veterinarian to join our Te Awamutu team. We are looking for someone who will pitch in to our team environment and support their colleagues, as well as provide knowledge and care for our clients' pets.
Te Awamutu is a perfect location for anyone who wants the best of both worlds. You are close to Hamilton, yet away from the hustle and bustle, with good access to countless outdoor recreational activities, Te Awamutu is an ideal spot for families and keen outdoor enthusiasts.
Our clinics are well equipped with everything you would expect. We have a team of excellent support staff, capable nurses, and great veterinarians who enjoy helping each other.
Working alongside our lead companion animal veterinarian and independently, our days are varied and fun. Our passionate team will go above and beyond to provide the best care and service to client and patient alike, so if you share a similar drive and values, come work for us!
Working in a mixed animal clinic environment, you will be working alongside a dedicated large animal veterinary team, who also have involvement in our subsidiary operations such as FarmCare, VetEnt Research and PureMilk. This also means that you will see a variety of both city and farm pets through the doors.
VetEnt is one of New Zealand’s largest veterinary groups, and we’re all united by our passion for animal care. You will have access to the latest technology in a well-equipped practice and benefit from our networks and support structures across the Country, meaning you have the benefit of a wider team, a network of supportive and collaborative vets all over New Zealand, while being supported to grow your own part of the business.
More information about VetEnt can be found at https://www.vetent.co.nz/
Has your time come? Talk to us today to see if our part-time role can be flexible for you.
