We're looking for a Veterinarian to join our team! 

Valley Cottage Vets is an independant companion animal clinic in Stokes Valley, Lower Hutt. We have a friendly team and pride ourselves on an egalitarian workplace where everyone's voice is heard. We were also the first vet clinic in New Zealand to be an official Living Wage employer!

We're looking for a collaborative team player who enjoys helping people look after their companion animals . The role is primarily a mix of consulting and surgery, working with a lovely client base (we ask the mean ones to go elsewhere). We are all for extra training and coaching, providing our vets with a VIN membership, CPD and of course collegial support. Working with us you can expect a solid nurse to vet ratio, as our nurses are extensively involved in case management. There's also plenty of room to develop personal professional interests.

This could potentially be a full or part-time role, and we're open to flexible arrangements with the right candidate.

There's pretty good coffee and usually biscuits or cake too!
