Join Anexa Veterinary Services in a Sheep and Beef role in a location you won’t be able to resist. If you love fish and chips on the beach, coffee on the wharf, surfing or fishing, then Anexa Vets Raglan is for you.

About us

Anexa Veterinary Services has 12 Veterinary clinics across the Waikato and Hauraki Plains providing services to family pets, and both dairy and drystock farmers. Each of our clinics is unique but at Anexa we are one team.

About the clinic and the team

Our Raglan clinic is mixed practice and based in the heart of a thriving beach town just a short 35-minute drive west of Hamilton’s City Centre. All you need to do is Google “Raglan NZ” and you won’t look back. The Raglan team is tight-knit, supportive and fun. They pride themselves on client and community focus in all that they do.

About you

You will be an experienced Sheep and Beef Veterinarian (preferably 3+ years’ experience). While not essential, it would be beneficial to have some experience in dairy and companion animals, due to Raglan being mixed practice.

You will be looking for an opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative environment, make the most of our CPD opportunities, have a willingness to learn and lead others in our diverse business.

About the role

This is a Sheep and Beef focused role allowing you to have engagement and specialisation in your work, along with leading other veterinarians in this area. Our long-standing sheep and beef clients provide rewarding relationships and job satisfaction.

We also have a great group of forward-thinking, proactive, clients in the dairy space too, which ensures a rewarding client vet partnership where you get to make a real difference across the board. Orthopaedics, ultrasound and preventative diagnostics are just a few of the things our companion and mixed practice vets in Raglan find themselves involved in with our Companion Animal clients as well.

This role provides plenty of scope for professional development, as well as the opportunity to really carve out your niche in this fantastic little community. This will be a coveted role as it doesn’t come up very often.
