About us

Anexa Veterinary Services has 12 veterinary clinics across the Waikato and Hauraki Plains providing services to family pets, and both dairy and drystock farmers. Each of our clinics is unique but at Anexa we are one team.

About the role

Due to significant growth in our small animal business across the Huntly and Ngaruawahia clinics we are looking for a Companion Animal Veterinarian to join our team.

You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of patient care, participating in wider companion animal working groups to facilitate continuous improvement and driving revenue through increased throughput.

The successful applicant has the potential to work across both teams. We are excited that our Ngaruawahia clinic is brand new, purpose built and opening early this year. This veterinary hospital will service these areas large, Companion Animal and Production Animal Client bases. Our Huntly Clinic is spacious and well equipped for our Companion Animal team. Both our Ngaruawahia and Huntly clinics are fast paced and rewarding clinics to work in.

Our team is community focused and committed to growing services offered to our companion animal clients. We are a fun and supportive bunch who enjoy having a laugh at work and we have each other’s backs. We pride ourselves on great customer service and building strong relationships with clients and the wider Anexa team. About you

You will be committed to providing a high level of patient and client care. Your clinical abilities will be well established with up-to-date knowledge and experience in a wide variety of small animal care services. You will be positive person who brings your best self to work and values good team culture. You will have great communication skills and initiative with good time management habits.
