Vetlife is a large veterinary practice with 19 branches throughout Canterbury and Otago. We currently have an opportunity for a customer service professional to join our Timaru and Pleasant Point clinic teams.
This is a fixed term Maternity Leave cover position.
The successful applicant will have excellent customer service and retail skills and will be an integral part of the team, working with the clinical staff to help ensure the smooth day to day running of the clinic.
Customer service support is required between the hours of 8am and 5.30 pm and your hours would be worked between those times. There could also be some Saturday morning work on a rostered basis.

- Ability to communicate well with our valued client base as well as colleagues
- Ability to work unsupervised with strong team player skills
- An eagerness to learn and an ability to adapt quickly to change
