Our administrators ensure our veterinarian team get the job done across one of our region’s biggest industries. Building relationships with clients over the phone, triaging their needs and ensuring they get the veterinarian services they require. We help to get the vets and techs in the right place at the right time. With a seasonal calendar and vet clinic environment, you will never have a dull day.
We currently have a fixed term maternity leave cover role available from (August 2021 - November 2022).
The key responsibilities of our bookings and administration team include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients over the phone and with staff in the clinic
- Coordinating communications, client bookings and corresponding the vet diaries & schedules
- Planning and coordinating requirements for animal health programmes and consultations
- Managing data, and ensuring integrity in our databases
- Preparation of reports and undertaking data analysis
- Assisting with organising and attending client events
To succeed in this role you'll enjoy working with people, be confident with data, keen to learn and improve processes and possess great attention to detail and precision orientation. A personable approach to dealing with colleagues and clients alike is a 'must have'. Ideally, you will also demonstrate a strong understanding of the farming sector. Above all, you'll thrive on solving problems and challenges - fixing anything that gets in the way of our vets delivering truly top notch service to our clients. When you demonstrate high levels of initiative, our vets will love you for it!
This role (35 - 40 hours per week) would suit someone who enjoys being a part of and understands the rural farming industry, enjoys telephone and computer-based work and possesses an intermediate-high level of computing skills, including the use of Microsoft, G-Suite and data analytics in logistics.
