We understand that people are the key to ensuring a prosperous and sustainable New Zealand. Our Agriculture and Horticulture team plays a vital role in supporting the organisation to train over 20,000 learners every year.

About the role

Lead our field delivery team for the Meat, Fibre and Dairy sectors across the whole of New Zealand. Plan, resource and grow the capability of your team while inspiring and sustaining team cohesion, acting as a conduit of information, and fostering a culture of positivity, collaboration, and respect.

Collaborate with the field leadership team to deliver on operational and strategic projects and with people across the organisation to foster a cohesive team approach which supports our learners and the industry.

You will have the resourcing and influence to transform the vocational education and training landscape for the Meat and Fibre sector in New Zealand. You will be required to travel and can be based anywhere in New Zealand.

About you

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Significant experience in people and team leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering quality customer service
  • Extensive industry training knowledge
  • A sound understanding of adult learning needs
